Suitable for teams of 3 to 15 people.
Format
A combination of half-day team coaching sessions and 30 minutes one-on-one coaching for each team member.
Team sessions are delivered in person, either in a retreat format or through a series of sessions over 4 to 6 months.
Individual sessions can be delivered in person or via video conference.
Structure
Programs are designed around the team’s goals, context, and specific challenges.
Leadership Development
One-on-one coaching for current and emerging leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Especially relevant during moments of transition, increased responsibility, or complex decision-making.
How It Works
A personalized process to strengthen leadership capabilities and effectiveness.
Who it’s for
Suitable for current and emerging leaders.
Format
One-on-one confidential coaching sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
Coaching includes 10 to 12 hours, delivered over 8 to 10 sessions every 2 to 3 weeks (over 4–6 months).
Individual sessions can be delivered in person or via video conference.
Structure
Programs are tailored to each leader’s goals, context, and challenges.
