Meet the Founder
I’m a medical doctor with over 25 years of experience in health and global corporate environments.
I was former Global Head of Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance at Hikma, where I led multicultural teams across the MENA region, Europe, and North America.
I am a certified professional coach, trained at the Institut de Coaching International (ICF accredited).
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, I bring a global, strategic, and multicultural perspective to every partnership.
The story of āzaward started with a clear blue sky, azure, a word derived from lapis lazuli, itself coming from the Arabic word lāzaward.
I loved that lapis lazuli symbolises serenity and transformation.
When I dropped the “l”, I noticed that āzaward was an anagram of my own name.
In that moment, I had a realization: my story was one of shifting perspectives and transformation.
